Hi SS, how are you? Yes, OK here! Clearly, of course, the revelation brought feelings, memories, emotions. Needing a moment to sit in those feelings, exploring.

First, Newport was _amazing_ (picture perfect weather included). Some of my fave sets Amble (jaw drop), Kirby, Brandon Flowers (new appreciation for his/killers songs), the Lumineers (never disappoints), Tom Morello (wow, just wow),  Snacktime, Vulfpeck, and of course Deer Tick and Dawes always give great Newport sets. Saturday night was the “Felice County Fair” afterparty. While loving all the early DT hosted afterparties and everything in between, this was the coolest and most stacked set witnessed. It’s special being next to the artists hanging out against the JP theatre wall, supporting and enjoying each other.

Anywhichway….

For various reasons a little over two years ago I made an appointment with a mental health coach (work benefit). Luckily we clicked, and during our sessions have worked on traits and areas of my life I felt needed work. Ultimately gaining clarity, perspective, and tools for navigating. Had this been three years ago, I surely would have been spinning in an overthinking vortex right about now.  Someone’s EI has grown 😉
